Note: use the Navigation Sidebar to quickly navigate to other Reports without having to return to the main Reports page.

1. Select the start date you want to track check-ins for

2. Select the end date you want to track check-ins for

3. You have the ability to only see clients from a select Client Category [See user guide on Client Categories]

4. Pick your desired Check-In Station

5. Here you can choose a custom contact field. If you choose a custom field, any clients with no entry for this field will be excluded from the report.

By Day Of Week: This shows total check-ins for each day of the week.

By Gender:

Male Clients- How many male clients checked-in. If John Smith checked-in twice this would show a value of 1.

Male Checkins- This shows the total amount of male clients that checked-in. This number includes duplicates; value increases if the same client checks-in multiple times.

Female Clients- How many female clients checked-in. If Jane Smith checked-in twice this would show a value of 1.

Female Checkins- This shows the total amount of female clients that checked-in. This number includes duplicates; value increases if the same client checks-in multiple times.

Unknown Clients- How many clients whom don't have a selected gender that checked-in. If John Smith checked-in twice this would show a value of 1.

Unknown Checkins- This shows the total amount of clients whom don't have a selected gender that checked-in. This number includes duplicates; value increases if the same client checks-in multiple times.

By Hour of Day: This shows the number of check-ins for each hour in the day

Total By Category: This shows the number of check-ins by Client Category.

*In the above example there is a blank category with a count of 4; there were 4 check-ins in which the client(s) did not have a Client Category selected.

Total By Type: This shows the number of check-ins by Membership Type. This number includes duplicates; value increases if the same client checks-in multiple times.

Unique By Type: This shows the unique number of check-ins by Membership Type. If John Smith checked-in twice hit Membership Type section would show a value of 1.
