Removing a Freeze in EZFacility Classic

This lesson will show you how to remove the freeze for a membership contract

Click on the Clients link

Select a Client

Select a Client

1. Search for your client

2. Click on the first or last name of the client


Click on the Membership tab

Edit Contract

Edit Contract

For the Frozen contract click on the Edit link

Contract History

Contract History

In the contract history click on the Set link

End Freeze Options

End Freeze Options

1. Choose the end date of the freeze

2. Add any additional remarks

3. Choose what to do with the billing now that the contract is unfrozen

4. Click the Set End button
