Unsuspending a Membership in EZFacility Classic

This guide will show you how to remove the suspension on a Membership Contract.


Click on Clients.

Select a Client

Select a Client

Search for the suspended client and click on name.

Editing Contract

1. Click on Membership tab.

2. From the View drop-down select Suspended. Once the suspended contract appears click on Edit.

Setting a Suspension End Date

Contract History
  1. In the History of Status Changes section click on Set under End header or Change if a date had been set for the suspension to end.
  2. Add an end date for the Last day of suspension (optional)
  3. Add Remarks about the suspension for tracking purposes.
  4. Click on Set End.
