This lesson will show you how to search for clients in your EZFacility client database
Search Options

1. User the search function to find clients by full or partial first name, last name, phone number, etc.
2. Change the View drop-down menu to change the list of clients based on the view selected
3. List clients for a specific trainer
4. List clients for a specific salesperson
Client Views

Recently Accessed: This is the default view of the last 25 contacts that you have interacted with. This view is a default setting to allow the clients page to load quickly.
Recently Created: This view displays the last 25 clients created in your account by creation date
Birthdays This Month: Clients with a birthday in the current calendar month
Birthdays Next Month: Clients with a birthday in the next calendar month
All Members: All clients with an active membership (the current date falls between the start and expiration date of the membership) (See How to Sell a Membership Contract)
All Contacts: Will display all contacts in your account alphabetically by the first letter of the last name, with only one letter displayed at a time. You can click on the Show All link to list every contact on one page.
Search Results: Used when you use the search function to find a contact
Deleted Contacts: The last 25 deleted contacts in your account
Possible Duplicates: Potential duplicate contacts based on a partial first name, full last name and a phone number match
No Category: Clients that do not have a client category assigned
Client Category: All other options in the View menu are client categories that you create in Administration -> Client Categories. The chosen category will display all clients with that category associated
Filter By: Trainer

Allows you to choose the trainers whose clients you wish to view
** Clients must have the trainer assigned as their Default Trainer within their client profile
Filter By: Salesperson

Allows you to choose the salesperson whose clients you wish to view
** Clients must have the trainer assigned as their Default Salesperson within their client profile
