Using Client Audit with Documents

This article will demonstrate how to review which clients have received a Document and will also allow you to send a Document to all clients.

***Trainer Note - This feature does not allow use of client categories to send Documents to specific clients.

***Trainer Note - You must use Document History to determine if any emailed Documents have been accepted.

Select Audit Clients from the Client tab.

Select Documents.

 

If multiple items have been added to Documents, select the desired Document from the menu. Select the Find Clients button to review a list of clients that have not received the selected document.

Select Find Clients to review a list of clients that have not received this Document.

Select the checkbox next to View Client to send the documents to all clients or you can select any of the checkboxes next to the individual client to send the document to specific clients only.

Select Email Document to send the Document to those clients.

Using Client Audit for New Documents

The Document Audit can be used to send a new Document to all clients.

***Trainer Tip - You can use Document History to determine if any emailed Documents have not been accepted.  Select the Pending Status to identify clients that still need to return a waiver or other sent document. The email icon can be used to re-send the item to clients that have not returned the waiver via email acceptance.

Document History

Documents can be used to share any item that would require clients to accept with a signature.

Use the Pending status to locate Documents that have been sent, but not returned.
