This guide will show how to suspend a membership contract.

Select Clients. Search for the desired member or select the client if visible.
Select Membership

If the membership you are suspending is not the current active membership, then click on the filter toggle (1) and change the drop down (2) to one of the options to locate the Membership you wish to suspend.
*** It is recommended to use the filter toggle to make sure the next term of the contract hasn't already auto-renewed and is pending to go live when suspending the current term as you may need to suspend the pending term instead.
Once you have found the Membership term you want to suspend click on the Pencil to edit the Contract.
Select Add a Suspension
Add the First day of suspension.

Add a Suspension fee, if desired. Adding the end date is optional. Add Remarks. Select Suspend to complete the action.

The history of Status Changes to the contract will be visible
