This Guide will show you how to add a Package or an Add on to a Membership Plan that has already been created.
***Any Package or Add on will need to be created before adding to a Membership Plan.
***Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.
Go to Administration

Then select Memberships then Plans.

Click on the Pencil icon next to the Membership Plan you want to add the Package or Add-on to.

Go to the Add-Ons tab

You can attach both Packages Plans and Pre-Defined items to a Membership Plan.
Once you have located the Package or Pre-Defined Item to add to the Membership click the plus Icon next to it.
Once selected the Add-on will show at the bottom of the Add-on page. You can then Save & Close or Save & Next
Membership Package Add-ons things to know
- If the Membership is Auto renewing make sure the Package Add on is set to auto renew the same way the Membership is set to Auto Renew e.g. 1 day before expiration.
- If a Package has a price this price will not be included when purchasing the membership. (Package Add-ons are Free)
- Once the Membership auto renews the Package will not automatically be added to the clients Profile unless it is also set to auto-renew
- If a Package is set as a price when it auto renews the system will create create an invoice with the cost. A Package is only Free when the contract is first created.
- When you cancel a Membership ensure your Package is also canceled.
