This guide will demonstrate how to share a membership. The share feature is used to add specific clients to a purchased membership contract. Contracts can be shared with related or non-related clients who are authorized to use the membership.
Sharing a Contract with Related Clients
Select Add Client to add a new client or select Clients already added by using Search.
***Add related client profiles first. Next, add the contract holder. Adding the clients in this order will make the next steps quicker.
***If the Membership includes a package, creating the relationships will allow the package to automatically be shared when the contract is sold. The Package must be set up to allow sharing.
Once the contract holder has been added, create the client relationships.
Select Relationships from the contract holder's profile page. Relationships are located at the bottom of the profile.
Select the Relationship type and search for the related client. Select Add and then Save.
Link all related clients who are authorized to use the membership.
***Additional relationships can be linked, but not authorized to use a membership plan.
Sharing the Membership with Related or Non-Related Clients
After the membership has been sold go to the Membership Tab on the clients with the Memberships Profile, select Share
If client relationships have been set up, the related clients will be visible here.Tick the box next to their names to add them to the Membership. If adding non-related clients, search for the client by typing in the name on their Profile. Then click Add.
When all Clients you wish to share the Membership with are added then select Save.
***Once the changes are saved, all selected clients are sharing the single membership plan.
