This guide will show you how to partially refund a sale.

Open the Client's Profile

Click Clients

  1. Type in your client's name
    OR
  2. Click on your client's first or last name

Open and Adjust the Invoice

  1. Click Billing
  2. Click Invoices
  3. Click the pencil for the invoice you need to adjust

Click the pencil icon to adjust the cost of the item.

  1. Price Per Session: Click change to adjust the price per item.
    OR
  2. Discount: Click change to add a discount to the item.
  1. Type in the adjusted price per session.
  2. Click Save

Click Done

Here you can see the adjusted Total Applied. Click Done.

Refund the Client

  1. Click Billing
  2. Click Payments
  3. Click on the receipt number you need to refund.

Click Refund

  1. Select the payment method you want to refund to.
  2. Optional: add a memo about this refund
  3. Click Issue Refund

You can see the amount refunded.
Click Done
