This guide will help you turn on the permission to send a billing statement and walk you through how to send the statement to your clients.
***You can only turn on this permission if you are listed in the system as a manager.

*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.

Turn on the Permission to Send a Billing Statement

Click Administration

  1. Click Location Settings
  2. Click Users

Click the shield icon next to your user account.

Scroll down in the permission until you get to Billing Permissions
Check the box on next to Billing Statements.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Emailing a Billing Statement

Click Clients

Click Billing Statements

  1. Client Category: you can choose a specific category of client you need to send statements to.
    OR
  2. Click Next
  1. Filter: you can filter the client(s) you need to send a billing statement to
    OR
  2. Click Next
  1. Enter in a date range for the billing statements
  2. Search:
    By invoice date: Organize the invoices by the date they were created
    By due date: Organize the invoices by the date the invoice is due
    ***One of the above options must be turned on.
    Only include clients with an open invoice: Only show invoices that are open
  3. Click Next
  1. Select the box next to the individual clients.
    OR
  2. Select the box to select all the clients.
  3. Click Email
    ***
    Clients have to have a valid email address on file in order for the statement to be sent.
