This guide will show you how to email an invoice to a client. The client needs to have a valid email address on their profile.
***Your clients cannot pay their invoices directly through the email. You will need to direct them to Self-Service to pay an open invoice.
Email from the Client's Profile
Click Clients.
- Type in the client's name.
OR - Click on the first or last name of the client.
Click Billing
- Click Invoices
- Change the filter to All Invoices
- Click on the pencil for the invoice you need to email
***An invoice line with a strike through is a paid invoice.
Click on the envelope.
This alert will popup to let you know the email has been sent with the invoice.
