This guide will show you how to email an invoice to a client. The client needs to have a valid email address on their profile.
***Your clients cannot pay their invoices directly through the email. You will need to direct them to Self-Service to pay an open invoice.

Email from the Client's Profile

Click Clients.

  1. Type in the client's name.
    OR
  2. Click on the first or last name of the client.

Click Billing

  1. Click Invoices
  2. Change the filter to All Invoices
  3. Click on the pencil for the invoice you need to email
    ***An invoice line with a strike through is a paid invoice.

Click on the envelope.

This alert will popup to let you know the email has been sent with the invoice.
