This Guide will go through Marking the attendance of clients on your sessions.

*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.

Schedule

Select Schedule from the menu.

Click on the Session.

Reservation Details

In the Reservation Details tab you will see all the clients who are booked onto the session underneath the Session details.

Updating one client

If you are just updating one client click on the drop down next to their name and select the right option for their attendance.

Scheduled - Client is Scheduled onto the session.

Attended - Client has attended the session.

No Show - Client did not show, Package session does not become availiable to use for another session.

Reschedule/Early Cancel - This option will put the Package session back to be used another time/date.

Late Cancel - Package session no longer able to be used for another session.

Late Cancel (Pay Trainer) - Package session no longer able to be used for another session. If session booked on a Trainer Resource still pay the Trainer.

Reserved - Reserve a space on the session.

Waitlist - Client is on the waitlist of this session as it is currently full.

Updating Multiple clients

Tick the individuals you are updating at once or tick the box above all the clients to select them all at once.

Click on the top drop down to set those who are checked as their attendance level.

Reservation History

To check the Reservation history click on the Reservation History tab.

You will be shown who booked a client on a Session as well as any changes made to their attendance level.

Waitlist

If any clients have been added to a Sessions waitlist you can see and edit the waitlist order by clicking on the Waitlist tab.
