This Guide will show you how to locate the color legend on your schedule and talk you through the different areas.
*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.
Color legend
Select Schedule from the menu.
In the top right hand corner of your schedule click on Color Legend.
You will see three areas under color legend
Default Colors
Corner Indicators
Custom Colors
Default Colors
In this area, Reservation types that are set up without a custom color will show using the default Booking indicators.

Corner Indicators
Any Reservation Type booked with custom colors will show with a corner indicator color that shows if a session is Full, Partially Full, is available or set to be Complimentary.
Custom Colors
This area will show the Custom Colors that have been set against Reservation Types.
