This Guide will show you how to Delete or Amend a booking on the schedule.

There are 2 ways to delete a booking on the schedule. The second area in this Guide will also include how you can amend a booking.

*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.

Delete Mode

Delete mode will show as Delete Mode Off until it is selected  and it turns red and show as Delete Mode On.

*** The Delete Mode button will only show if you are on the EZ-View option for the schedule.

Your Schedule background will also turn red.

Select the booking on your schedule you wish to Delete.

If your booking has multiple Sessions linked together the system will ask you what your would like to delete.

Just This One - Just the Booking you have selected.

Delete All - All the bookings that are linked together

Today's - The booking that is for today's date

Past - All Bookings in the Past

Future - All Booking in the Future

Custom - Will allow you to choose which of the bookings to delete

Close - Do not delete, close this box

Depending on which option you choose the system will ask you to confirm the deletion.

Delete- will Permanently delete the Bookings,

Cancel - will stop the bookings from being deleted.

Linked Reservations Tab

This areas will show you how you can both Delete bookings or Amend them.

*** This is the best way to delete a Session if you are on the Date Book view on the schedule.

On the Schedule click on the booking you want to Delete or Amend.

In the side screen select the Linked Reservation Tab

This area will first show any booking for the date selected. To see all the bookings that are linked click on Clear Filter.

When all the bookings are showing tick the box next to the booking you want to Delete or Amend. If selecting all select the tick box at the top of the column.

If you are adding more sessions to the Linked Reservation you do not need to tick any of the existing bookings.

You can now choose what Actions you would like to perform.

Modify Checked

Delete Checked

Add More

- Choose your Pattern (use single entry if only adding one additional Booking) Select your Start Date, End Date, Start Time and End Time. Then select Add New Occurrences(S). If the added session is Green you can save the changes if it is Orange, another booking is already in at that time and will need to be modified to an available date/time.

Modify Checked

- this will allow you to amend/modify the booking. If more than one booking was checked only areas that the system can update for all the booking will be filled in.  When you are happy with the amendment/Modification Select Preview Changes

Delete Checked

- Will highlight all those that were ticked in red. Then select the Finish button.

Then confirm the Deletion.
