This guide will show you how to create a GDPR Document on your EZFacility system.

***Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.

GDPR Document

*** If you have just turned on the GDPR option under Location Setup you can go straight to the Creating a GDPR Document in this article. If the option was already turned on please continue with the steps below.

Select Administration.

Go to Documents.

Click on Document Templates.

Select Create a new document template and click on the Select Action button.

Creating your GDPR Document

  1. Document Type - Change the Document Type to GDPR Consent (you can only have one GDPR document on the system at a time)
  2. Template Name - Add in the Name you would like for the Template
  3. Description - Add in a Description about the Document this is limited to 240 character
  4. Template Body - Fill in your GDPR agreement details
  5. EZFacility GDPR Text - This area includes a link that you and your clients will be able to click on and read the EZFacility side of the GDPR agreement
  6. Template Acceptance - You can edit the wording that will show for the acceptance check box
  7. Acceptance Preview - If you edit the wording for the acceptance then you will be able to see a preview of it in this area
  8. Save - Save the Document
  9. Preview - Preview what the document to see how it will be displayed
