This report generates a summary report of revenue, deposits, rentals, attendance, and memberships.

Note: Use the Navigation Sidebar to quickly navigate to other Reports without having to return to the main Reports page.
Dashboard

1. Select the desired Start Date.
2. Select the desired End Date.
3. Revenue Goal: Enter your target amount of revenue for this report period. It will be included in the report for comparison with the actual figures (optional).
4. Choose a Location. (this will only apply if you have multiple locations).
5. Click on Generate Report.

Billing Summary
- Revenue Generated: The amount of money you have billed out into billing items. This is based on the Revenue Date of each billing item. If the Revenue Date is within the selected date range, the billing item’s total will be included in this number.
- Discounts: The amount of money that you have discounted. This is based on discounts made to billing items where the Revenue Date is within the selected date range.
- Taxes: The amount of money that you have taxed. This is based on taxes added to billing items where the Revenue Date is within the selected date range.
- Payments Applied: The amount of money that have been taken and applied to a billing item. Any payments that are not applied to a billing item will not get counted. This section is based on the Payment Date.
- Net Deposits: The amount of money you have taken in. This section is based on the Payment Date. If a Payment Date is within the selected date range, the payment amount will be included in this number. This section shows all payments that are applied and not applied to a billing item.
- Balance Due as of "end date": (“end date” is replaced by the end date you entered): Amount of money that is past due as of the selected end date. If an invoice has a due date of the end date or prior, the amount the invoice is worth will be included in this number.
- In Collections as of "end date": (“end date” is replaced by the end date you entered): The amount of Monies worth that you have sent to a collections agency for.
Deposits Summary: Shows you the amount of money you have taken in. This section is based on the Payment Date. If a Payment Date is within the selected date range, the payment amount will be included in this number. Each row of this section will be a payment method (cash, check, credit card). The columns of this section are Received which shows you the amount of money received, Refunded which shows you the amount of money refunded and Net which shows you the net total after the refunds.
Membership Count Summary: Shows you a count of memberships entered into your account.
Attendance Summary: Gives you an overview on your session’s attendance statuses. Shows you how many people attended, rescheduled, etc. within a selected date range.
Rental Summary: Shows you the total amount of rentals and the total amount of rental hours within the selected date range.
Note: You can export this report by selecting a format and click export.
