This Guide will discuss how to create package plans that include multiple sessions as a fixed quantity, or as an available range for the client.

Creating a Package Plan

Click on Administration

Click on Packages

Click on Plans

Click Add Package Plan

Click Individual as your Package Type

Set amount of Sessions in a Package

In Step 1 of the creation of the Multiple session package plan, you will be adding the important Details to create it.

  1. In the Reservation Type drop-down menu, you will select the desired reservation type. (View Creating a Reservation Type if you have not already)
  2. Add a Description of the package.
  3. In the Sessions option select Multiple and add in the amount of Session in the package.

Creating the Billing

In Step 2 of the creation of the package plan, you will be adding the Billing for it.

  1. The Category option allows you to categorize a package as Paid or Free.
  2. In the Fee field, you will put in a monetary value for the package and have an option to bill it Per Session or Per Package.
  3. For the Default Invoice Option, you will have the option to select No Default, Single Invoice or Leave items in cart for when the package is sold.
  4. You can choose to have this option default to "Yes" or "No" for Auto-Pay on the billing for the package.
  5. Sell Online option is used to determine if a package is going to be sold via Self-Service.
  6. Discount fields allow for a discount to be applied when the package is sold.
  7. Revenue Category can be selected to allow for the assigning of a specific revenue stream.
  8. Additional Description and Internal Remarks allow for the adding of additional information of that package.
  9. Click on Next to view the Summary of the package.

Summary of the Package

In Step 3 of the creation of the package plan, you will be reviewing the Summary of the package plan that will be added to your list of available package plans to use.

If the information that appears in the Summary section appears correct-- click on Add Package Plan to have the plan created.

The multiple session package has been created and will appear in your list of available package plans.

Creating Package Plan with a Choice - Customer Chooses Quantity

In Step 1 of the creation of the single session package plan, you will be adding Details to create it.

  1. In the Reservation Type drop-down menu, select the desired reservation type. If you have not already set up your reservation types, see How to Set Up Reservation Types.
  2. Add a Description of the package.
  3. In the Sessions option select Multiple.
  4. After selecting the Multiple you will have a Min and Max field that will appear and will input a value of 1 for Min and a Max of 5. The Max value can be any value you desire for the individual purchasing of a session, but the Min has to be set to 1 if you want them to at least buy 1 session.
  5. Click on Next to create the Billing for the package.

Creating the Billing for the Package Plan - Per Session Pricing

In Step 2 of the creation of the package plan, you will be adding the Billing for it.

  1. The Category option allows you to categorize a package as Paid or Free.

  3. You can choose to have this option default to "Yes" or "No" for Auto-Pay on the billing for the package.

The package has been created and will appear in your list of available package plans.
