This guide will show you how to create a new email campaign.

New Campaign

Click Email Campaigns

Click Campaigns

Click New Campaign

Creating the Email

  1. Type in the subject of your email
  2. Choose who is sending the email
  3. Click Next

Click the dropdown arrow to change the client categories.

Once you have chosen your categories click the refresh arrow.

Click Next

  1. Select either Your Templates or Basic Layouts
  2. Choose a layout option to begin making your email template
  1. You can change the view of your template to preview it on a computer, tablet, or phone.
  2. Click Select Layout to begin editing.
  1. This tool bar will help you design your email.
  2. By clicking Add Row you can start adding content to your email. Once you start adding rows and columns you can click and drag items from the toolbar to design your email.
  3. Save Draft allows you to save the draft you are working on.
  4. Save as a template: this allows you to save this template for future emails. You will need to create a unique name for the template and click Save Template.
  1. Use the mobile picture to see what the email looks like on a mobile device.
  2. Send Test: send a test email to yourself
  3. Schedule: Click this button to send the email now or schedule it to be sent out later

Send Test

Send Test To: type in your email address and click Send Test.
***If you want to send it to more than one email address, separate them by a comma

Schedule an Email

  1. Click the radio button for Send Now to send the email right away
    OR
  2. Click the radio button for Schedule and choose the date and time you want the email to send.
  3. Click Schedule

You will now be taken to the sent email screen.
