This guide will show you how to view the campaign history in the New EZFacility Experience.
*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.
***You will not be able to see the contents of your emails in the campaign history. You will be able to view the subject, the date sent, the clients attempted, duplicates, invalid emails, blacklisted emails and sent emails.
Start by clicking on "Administration" and then "Email Campaign"

This should then bring you to the Email Campaign History page.
By clicking "View Details" all the way to the right, we can get more accurate statistics of how an email performed.
As seen in the photo below, the email was sent to 1 client and it was delivered. This means the client has not yet clicked on the email , or opened it.
Another thing that is important to note here is that you can search down below for client's that were sent this email. This is especially handy if a client claims the email was never sent to them, it is easy to back-track and get the data to prove if it was , or was not sent.
The Meaning of the different email statuses:
Delivered - The email was successfully sent to the client's email on their profile
Open - The email was opened by the client
Click - The email was opened by the client they selected something in the email, an example would be a link within the email
Bounce - The receiving email server has refused the delivery of the message
Dropped - The email is dropped from EZFacility's end
