🎉Clearer consent and steadier scheduling. Since our last release we've added an optional Terms & Conditions step to Self-Service checkout, made Email & SMS Subscriptions easier to understand, fixed recurring reservations that needed two saves, and cleared a batch of booking and checkout fixes.
✨ Improvements
Email & SMS subscription options - US Region Only - see guide here
Clients can now opt into SMS session reminders separately from email reminders, with clearer section labels ("Email & SMS Subscriptions") and consent language on both account creation and profile settings.
Self-Service Terms & Conditions acknowledgment - see guide here
Admins can now require clients to check a T&C acknowledgment box before completing a Self-Service checkout, with configurable frequency (Never / On First Purchase / Every Purchase) and a choice of custom text or an existing document. Acknowledgments are logged to the client's Documents tab.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Booking a client's remaining package sessions
Fixed the "Go" button sometimes doing nothing when booking a client into their remaining package sessions, and fixed those remaining sessions not being held as Reserved afterward.
Missing "Pay" button on Packages grid (EZUI)
Restored the ability to take payment directly from the Client Profile → Packages grid; it had been showing only a "View" link.
Group Online Registration error after successful payment
Fixed an issue where clients registering for a group online could see an error even though their payment went through, sometimes causing duplicate charges.
Recurring reservations needing two saves
Creating a recurring reservation pattern now saves on the first click instead of requiring a second save.
False "uneven split" warning
The schedule no longer shows an "uneven split" warning when a time block is split into equal slots; the warning now only appears for genuinely unequal splits.
Required add-ons missing from checkout totals
Fixed required membership plan add-ons sometimes not being included when calculating checkout totals.
