🎉 A clearer Schedule and cleaner reporting. Since our last release we've added a combined total to the Deposit Report, made the Schedule color legend easier to read, locked down shared view-only links, and cleared a batch of Schedule fixes.

See a full per-row total on the Deposit Report
For locations that use surcharging, the Deposit Report now includes a Net Total column that combines the net deposit and net surcharge for each row, so you can see the full amount collected in one place. The column appears only where surcharge columns are shown; nothing changes for locations that don't surcharge. Interested in surcharging at your facility? Contact your account manager or our support team.
Booking status is now in the Schedule color legend
The new Schedule's color legend now includes a Booking Status section, so you can tell at a glance what the colored stripe on the left edge of each session block means: yellow for no registrants, green for a few registrants, and red for fully booked.

Book multiple package sessions at once again
When converting a client's package sessions, choosing Custom now reopens the session-selection screen so you can pick several linked sessions and move them from Reserved to Scheduled in a single action. Remaining Sessions again converts the full remaining allowance rather than just the current session.
Shared view-only schedule links are now truly read-only
Shared view-only schedule links can no longer be used to create, edit, or delete reservations. And visiting a view-only link in your browser no longer affects the controls on your own schedule after you log in normally.
Deleting a reservation type no longer breaks its recurring reservations
Active reservation types can no longer be deleted directly, which previously could leave a recurring pattern's reservations stuck and unclickable. To remove a type, archive it first, then delete it from the Archived tab.
Filter reset now sticks when you navigate away
Clicking the filter reset icon to clear your venue and instructor filters now keeps them cleared after you navigate away and come back, instead of quietly restoring the previous filters.
