July 1, 2026 - Release Notes - v104.0

🎉 More in the new Schedule. This release adds all-new Week and Month views, brings more of your favorite Classic tools into the new experience, and clears out a batch of fixes. Here's what's new, plus a look at what's coming.

Note: The new Week and Month views and the other Schedule enhancements below are part of the new EZFacility experience and new Schedule module. If you're not on the new Schedule yet, switch over to start using them.

✨ Improvements

New Week view on the Schedule

See all seven days of the week at once in a time-grid layout, with color-coded reservation blocks in the correct day and time. Move forward or back one week at a time.

New Month view on the Schedule

See an entire month at a glance in a calendar grid, with each day showing its reservations as color-coded rows. Days with more reservations than fit show how many more there are, and days you're closed are clearly labeled. Move forward or back one month at a time.

The Today button is back

The Today button returns from Classic to the new Schedule. It appears in the header whenever you've navigated away from the current date, giving you a single click back to today. It hides itself when you're already viewing today.

Take payment right from the Schedule

When a client has an outstanding balance, it now appears in red on their reservation in the Resource view. Click it to open the payment window, already filled in with the client and amount, and collect payment without leaving the Schedule. The balance updates as soon as the payment goes through. This brings back the quick-pay option you had in Classic.

"Can Schedule" option for rental types

When editing a rental type in the new experience, you can now turn its "Can Schedule" setting on or off, matching Classic. This controls whether the rental type appears in your client-facing schedules.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Deleting one recurring session no longer deletes the whole series

Previously, deleting a single occurrence of a recurring session from its Details tab could remove the entire series. Deleting a single session now removes only that occurrence, and the confirmation message reflects it. Bulk and pattern deletes still work as before.

Pyxis Disbursements report shows complete details

On the Pyxis Disbursements report, rows without a matching in-app transaction now show the cardholder name and last four digits from Pyxis, the transaction ID appears even when the description is blank, and transaction IDs display in a consistent format.

🔜 Coming Soon

Filter your Schedule

Filtering is coming to the new Schedule. You'll be able to narrow the view by instructor, venue, reservation type, and rental type. Your selections save automatically for each location and follow you across devices, and the filter button highlights whenever a filter is active.

Session reminder texts are coming back

After our previous text-message provider was retired, we're rebuilding session reminders on a new provider. Opted-in clients will once again receive their scheduled text reminders, for both clients and instructors, with no change to reminder content, timing, or opt-in settings.

Booking status at a glance on session blocks

Session blocks will show a color for their booking status, matching Classic: yellow when no one is booked, green when there's room, and red when the session is full. The same status color carries through the hover panel and reservation details.

Client names on single-occupancy sessions

For a session with a class size of one and a client booked, the block will show that client's name as the title, so you can see who's in each one-on-one slot at a glance, like in Classic.

Reservations with end-of-day buffer time

A session or rental that ends in the last time slot of the day with buffer time will display at its correct height instead of a thin sliver.

Online Registration custom fields on re-registration

When an existing client resubmits an Online Registration form with a new value for a custom field, their profile will update to that new value, in both the new experience and Classic.

Correct currency symbol in the session hover panel

The session hover panel will show amounts in your location's currency (for example, £ for UK locations) instead of always showing a dollar sign.
