EZFacility 

This release includes three enhancements to improve performance and several bug fixes.

Enhancements:   

Decreasing Repetitive Report Executions

Disabled repeated clicks on the report button. This prevents system slowdowns caused by multiple executions of identical reports in both TMS and the New UI.

Filter Added for Membership Expiration in Advanced Email Campaigns

Introduced a new filter to segment clients by membership expiration in Advanced Email Campaigns. This includes customizable date fields and checkboxes for contract types, mirroring the logic used in classic email campaigns.

Updated Multiple API Endpoints to Search by Membership Number

Updated multiple API endpoints to search by membership numbers across all accessible locations when conditions are met, improving client lookup functionality.

Bug Fixes 

This release also includes the following bug fixes:  

• Implement Receipt Print for Clover Terminals - Added support for receipt printing on Clover terminals for affected clients, addressing high-severity support issues with manual printing workarounds.
• POS - Discount Applied Incorrectly for Multi-Item Sales - Fixed an issue where applying discounts on multi-item sales in POS resulted in rounding errors, causing inaccurate discount totals.
• POS - Client Profiles Missing Organization and Phone Details After Save - Resolved a bug where client details such as organization and phone numbers were not being saved when added via POS.
• Revenue Categories Not Saving on Membership Types - Fixed an issue in the new UI where selected revenue categories were not saved when creating new membership types.
• Email Campaigns - Birth Month/Date of Birth filter Not Showing Properly in Schedule Modal - Corrected a UI issue where selected Birth Month and Date of Birth filters were not displayed in the Schedule modal of email campaigns.
• Not Displaying States - Resolved an issue where the state field was not displaying for clients after import, despite being stored correctly in the database.
• Online Registration Text Error - Fixed a layout issue where text in Online Registration overflowed the page border, affecting readability across multiple browsers and user interfaces.
• Direct Debit Batch Missing in the New UI - Addressed a visibility issue preventing users from accessing Direct Debit Batch in the New UI, despite its availability in Classic.
• NACHA ACH processor - Added Optional Property to Bypass ABA Validation - Introduced an optional processor property to bypass ABA validation for specific routing numbers, allowing seamless NACHA processing for edge cases.
• Reports - Start/End date is Displayed Incorrectly in the New UI - Corrected display formatting of start and end dates in reports accessed via the New UI to ensure date accuracy.
