This Guide will show you how to add a Photo to a client profile as well as how a client can add a photo through their Self-Service profile.

Client Profile on EZFacility

Go to Clients

Locate the Clients profile by either searching for the client using the search bar or finding them in the list of clients. You can also use the filter toggle to filter the view of the Clients listed.

Once in the Client Profile click on the Upload Photo option.

If you have a webcam attached to your computer you will be able to use that to take the photo or you can upload a file you already have saved using the +Choose File option or you can Drag and drop the file photo file.

Once uploaded, the Profile photo will be visible at the top of the clients profile.

Client Profile on Self Service

When a client has a Self Service log in for your location and you have set it up so they can edit their Profile photo they will be able to log into your Self Service site and update their profile picture. The update will also reflect in their profile on EZFacility.

Once the client is logged into Self-Service, they can click on their name. They can find this at the top of the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

When in their profile, if they hover their mouse over the image area they will be able to see an Update Profile Picture button.

Once they have selected their profile photo they will see a message on their screen to confirm the upload. Profile picture updated successfully.

The uploaded picture will show on both their Self-Service profile and their EZFacility Client Profile.
