EZFacility 

For this release, we cover new features that allow users to manage gender field visibility and requirements, several enhancements, and bug fixes. 

Features and Enhancements include:  

  • Access to Gender Field Visibility and Requirements 
  • New API Endpoints 
  • Bug fixes 

Features:

Gender Field Visibility and Requirements Configuration - There are several new features relating to gender visibility and requirements for multiple areas in the software. One of these features includes the addition of gender field management to the contact preferences grid. Additionally, users are now allowed to manage gender field visibility and requirements for self-service, online registration forms, and on the “Clients” page for both the new and classic experience.

Enhancements:  

Multiple Memberships Active at One Time when Clients Are Merged - The merge client confirmation pop-up has been removed to enhance the user experience. The warning message has aslo been updated accordingly. 

Two New API Endpoints to get Membership Statuses with Dates - There are now two new API endpoints that return membership contract statuses and dates. One endpoint returns data for one specific membership contract and the other returns data for all membership contracts for a client. This includes shared membership contracts. 

Four API Invoice Endpoints Updated to Include Payment-Billing Linking Information (Disbursements)  - Four existing API endpoints that were already returning invoice information such as billed items and payments, now also include a new “Disbursements” section which links the payments to the billed items. The four affected endpoints are: 

  1. GET /v2/invoices/{invoiceID} 
  2. GET /v2/invoices/invoiceNumber={invoiceNumber} 
  3. GET /v2/invoices/clientId={clientID} 
  4. GET /v2/invoices/locationID/{locationID}/invoiceNumber={invoiceNumber}

Bug Fixes:

This release also includes the following bug fixes:   

  • Email Campaign - Manage Subscription Link Error A server error will no longer happen when users click the "Manage your subscriptions" link in an email. Users will now be able to manage their subscriptions as expected.
