EZFacility 

In this release, a new enhancement for the Pyxis Disbursements Report, and bug fixes. 

Features and Enhancements include:  

  • New Columns Added to Pyxis Disbursements Report 

  • Bug fixes 


New Columns Added to the Pyxis Disbursements Report 

Additional columns have been added to the Pyxis Disbursements report. These new columns include: Transaction Date, Card Holder, Client, Card Number, and Card Type. Created Date has been changed to Transaction Date since it represented the date/time the disbursement transaction was created and was the same for all transactions within each disbursement. Detail ID was removed because the ID did not link to data within EZFacility. The report is also now limited to a maximum date range of 1 month. 

 

Bug Fixes 

This release also includes the following bug fixes:   

 

  • L&Z Client accounts occasionally get duplicated in EZFacility  In some rare cases, L&Z client accounts would get duplicated in our system when re-verifying the client’s account info. This issue has now been resolved. 

 

  • Unable to email a client on a session if they are set up in another location  Users can now send emails to clients who are reserved for the same session, even if they are from different locations. 

 

  • Unable to email clients in a group if they are set up in another location  Users can now send emails to clients who are members of the same group, even if they are from different locations. 

 

  • When the Reservation Type class size was at 0, and the Reservation Session had a class size greater than zero, then the user was unable to book a client into class using the All session and Custom options for recurring sessions  Users can now successfully book the client into the class using the All session and Custom” options for recurring sessionseven when the Reservation Type has a Class size of 0 and the Reservation session has a Class size greater than zero.
