EZFacility  

In this release, we cover a new feature for locations that currently have or previously had EZPayments as their credit card processor. 

Enhancements include:   

• New Pyxis Disbursements Report 
• Bug fixes

New Pyxis Disbursements Report 

New “Pyxis Disbursements” report for locations that currently have or previously had EZPayments as their credit card processor. This report can be run for a specific date range, and you can also choose to include disbursement detail transactions by selecting ‘Show Details’ above the report. This report will help EZPayments clients reconcile the deposits in their bank account to what is found in EZFacility.  Users will be able to match the ‘Txn ID’ found in the Pyxis Disbursement Report, with the Transaction ID found on the ‘Deposit Report’.  Please note that the transaction details found on the Pyxis Disbursement Report could have been taken in EZFacility 1 to 5 business days in the past.

Bug Fixes  

Today’s release also includes the following bug fixes:   

• Low Usage Check-in History Report – This report now respects the Start and End date filters and other filters.  
• (UK Region Only) Payment Processing Issue for Online Registrations via Self-Service – This issue has now been resolved.
