February 28th, 2024 - Release Notes

EZFacility

Today’s release includes a new access control enhancement allowing users to set a one-visit-per-day entry limit.

Enhancements include:

  • New membership rule in Access Control

  • Bug fixes

New Access Control Rule Allows Users to Limit Members to 1 Visit per day

  • The Access Control admin page (Admin > Client Settings > Access Control) now has a new membership rule. If the client has an active membership with a visit limit (not unlimited)users can now automatically deny entry if a member has already used their one entry for the day. The current day is considered midnight to midnight for the location’s time zone.

  • The Self Check-In admin page (Admin > Client Settings > Self Check-In) has a new membership alert option to show an “Over Daily Limit” alert in self check-in when a client already has 1 contract visit for the current day for an active membership with a visit limit. This alert has the lowest priority for membership alerts, meaning it will only show if none of the other alerts apply, including depleted.

  • Similarly to all existing membership alerts, this alert setting is not directly related to the related access control rule. This means the user can have the alert turned on, but not have the related access control rule turned on. The client will see the alertbut in the back end the check-in is still considered successful (shows on the check-in report, logs a membership visit if applicable, etc.)

Bug Fixes

Today’s release also includes the following bug fix:

  • Accounts Receivable Report Error in the New Experiecne - Fixed an issue where the Accounts Receivable report was not functioning as expected in the New Experience.
