This guide will demonstrate how to set the default settings for Online Registration.

Select Administration then Online Registration.

Select your default settings. These settings will apply to all Online Registrations created, but some can be modified on an individual basis.

  1. Registration Form Header: upload your logo as a header. The maximum size for this logo is 790 pixels wide.
  2. Show Large Header: choose whether you want the title of the form large or in regular size font.
  3. Align Header Items: choose if you want all your text to be shown on the left, center, or right side of the registration page.
  1. Accept credit cards: select what credit card types you want to accept.
  2. Disallow partial CC payments by default: if you are requiring your clients to pay in full when they register you can turn on this setting. If you are using a payment schedule or are allowing for a deposit un-check this box.
  3. Storing of CC info: you can allow clients to securely save a credit card on file or make it mandatory.
  4. Default payment requirement: Use this option to define your default payment policy, such as allowing pay later or requiring immediate or stored credit card details
  5. Include the fee description in the billing item
  6. Enable Auto-Pay: choose whether you want to software to auto-charge the client's credit card when using a payment schedule or  a when a client is on a waitlist
  7. Subgroups inherit revenue category from parent group: this allows you to carry the revenue category down to the subgroups
  8. Include and/or require the CVN: this determines whether you want to have your customers put in their CVN on their credit cards when they are making a payment.
  9. Allow coupon codes: determines if you want to allow your clients to use coupon codes during registration
  10. Taxes: determines if taxes need to be applied to registrations
  1. Registration agreement: attach a document for your clients to acknowledge when they register. This will be the same document across all registrations.
  2. Display number of openings: determine whether you want clients to see the number of openings for registration
  3. Allow wait list in groups/subgroups: determines if you want to allow a waitlist for your registrations
  4. Allow online waiver fulfillment: if you attach a document to registration you want to turn this setting on. It will allow your clients to acknowledge the document.
  5. Remember form fields: this allows your clients to have their computer remember the form. When they go to register for another event the forms will autofill in with their information instead of them having to fill everything out again.
  1. Page background color: you can choose to change the color of the background on your registration pages
  2. Allow clients to enter rosters: This setting controls whether clients can add team rosters and, if permitted, apply payments toward their team's balance.

This is the message that appears on the screen when a client clicks register. You can edit this message to better fit your facility.

  1. Send notification: if you enter in a facility email address this person will receive an email each time a new client registers for an event
  2. Google Analytics: this is a free service through Google and will help you track the traffic to your registration pages. You will put in the tracking ID provided by Google.
  3. Cross-domain: you will check the box if you put in the tracking ID. This will allow the connection to the analytic account.

Click Save Changes.
