This guide will show how a User with the ability to view Reports can Access and Download a Report.

Accessing Report

If you have the ability turned on for your User access, you will see the Reports area in the Menu on the left hand side of your Screen.

Once in the Reports area you can choose from a range of Report types on the system.

You can either scroll down to an area to view the Reports or you can click on the Report type on the Menu to view only the Reports under the chosen type.

Each Report has a brief description of what the report includes.

Once you have located the Report you wish to access and view, Click on the View button

Depending on what report you have selected to view will depend on the filters that are available. Some areas need to be selected others you can leave as they are.

A filter that will need to be selected are dates to be included in the report.

Some filter areas also include More Options to filter the data to even further.

When you are ready to view the report click on the Generate Report button.

A view of the report will become available underneath the Filter area.

If your report includes Show Details areas, these will need to be opened to view a further breakdown of the Report.

*** When a report is generated the Data in the report becomes static, the report will need to be re-generated to pick up any changes made on the system or to include and changes to the filter area.

Downloading the Report

To download a report onto your computer select the Floppy Disk icon above the report.

In the drop down you will have the following options to download the Report

Word

Excel

PowerPoint

PDF

TIFF file

MHTML (web archive)

CSV (comma delimited)

XML file with report data

Data Feed

Printing a Report

To print a report directly from EZFacility select the  Printer icon above the report.

You will then see a new box showing the Page size and Page orientation.

Then click on Print to connect to your printer.
