Registering A Client Into Multiple Available Sessions

Hover over the available class you wish to book clients into and click Book a Client. The image below shows an available session with no current registrants, as indicated by the yellow left side. Once a client is registered, the left side will turn green if partially full, and red once the session is completely booked.

1. Use the search box to find existing clients. Click on the client's name.

OR

2. Create a New Client.

Use the dropdown next to the package to book the client in.

• This Session: this books the client into the one session you clicked on.
• Remaining Session: This books the client into all linked reservations; availability of sessions permitting.
  (Linked reservations refers to a recurring reservation scheduled on a pattern, like a weekly class)
• Custom: Allows you to specifically pick which of the linked reservations you wish to schedule the client into.

***If the client does not have a package or they do not have the appropriate type of package, sell them one before booking. See the guide titled "How to Sell a Package on the Admin Side" Once you have sold the package you will return to the Select a Package area.

Registered Clients will show you all the clients booked into the class. You can also mark attendance in this section.

The available session now shows as the partial session color indicator (green left side).
