The Self-Service Calendar can be viewed in a 'Day', 'Week', 'Month', 'Agenda' and 'Resource' view.
When a client accesses your Self-Service page and selects 'Book Sessions', they will see the location's calendar in it's default view. The client will be able to change the calendar view by selecting 'Change View' in the upper right corner of the calendar.
To view the calendar in the resource view, the client will select 'Resource Day View' in the dropdown.
If you would like to change your location's default calendar view to the 'Resource View,' users can do so on the 'Self-Service Preferences' page. To access this page, you can select 'Administration'.
After selecting 'Administration,' the user will select 'Self-Service' and then select 'Preferences'.
Once the user is on the 'Self-Service Preferences' page, go to the 'Calendar Setting' section.
The user will be able to select the 'Resource Day View' option in the drop down. After select the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
