How to Process a Refund & Remove a Client from a Group (New Experience)

This guide will demonstrate how to remove a registered client from a Group or Subgroup. This is a 2 step process - remove the client and reverse the billing, then process the refund if the invoice is paid.

Select the group and find the client to be removed.

Select the trash can icon to remove the client from the group.

You will be presented with a series of options. To remove the client and reverse the billing, select the first option.

Confirm that you would like to reverse the billing.

The last step is to open the client profile to process the refund. The client will now have the amount paid On Account. Select the Refund button.

Issue the Refund
