How to Email a P.O.S. Receipt from Completed Transactions

This article will demonstrate how to send or re-send a receipt from a completed transaction. 

Note: The transaction does not need to be the last transaction completed.

 

Launch the P.O.S. and select Transactions.

Select the desired receipt or you can also search by client or invoice number.

***Trainer Tip - P.O.S. receipts are visible within the client's EZFacility account under their invoice tab. P.O.S. receipts should be searched as completed transactions unless Pay Later was selected as the payment option.

Select the desired receipt, and the details will populate in the transaction window. Select Receipt Options.

Select the Receipt Option as Email, then select Send Email Receipt. You can also Print and Email at the same time by selecting both options.
