Creating a Membership Contract Agreement in EZFacility Classic

This guide will demonstrate how to create a membership agreements that will provide membership contract terms and conditions for your client.  


Click on Clients.

Select a Client

Search for a current client or create a New Client.

Selecting Clients Membership tab

Click on Membership tab.

Creating a Membership Agreement

Select Create under the Agreement column.

**Trainer Tip: If the pop-up blocker settings are turned on then the membership agreement window will not appear.

Signing or Printing the Membership Agreement

Click on the Disk icon to export the agreement as a file (EX. Word or PDF).  Click on the Printer icon to print the agreement. 

If a digital signature pad is not connected to the PC a toggle box will appear to indicate whether the client has signed their agreement.

If a digital signature pad is connected to the PC a client may sign the form electronically.
