How to Edit a Reservation in EZFacility Classic

This lesson will show you how to edit a reservation and change basic information as well as the currently scheduled dates and times

Schedule Page

Click on the reservation from our schedule page

Reservation Details

1. Use any of the change links to modify information for the single reservation date listed

2. Click on the Linked Reservations tab to modify the entire reservation

Deleting Dates from your Reservation

1. Click on the check boxes for those reservation date(s)  you wish to delete

2. Click on Delete Checked

Review Deleted Reservations

1. Reservations marked for deletion will be highlighted in red and show Deleted under the Action column

2. If your changes are complete click on the Finish button

Select Reservations to Edit

1. Click on the check boxes for those reservation date(s)  you wish to edit

2. Click on Modify Checked

Mass Edit Options

1. Enter in only those fields you wish information to change for your selected reservation dates

2. Click on Preview Changes

The rows for changes are highlighted and the text color changes for those fields that the information will be changing for

Complete Changes

In the case of any deletions, you are asked to confirm before the action completes
