Setting Up Membership Preferences in EZFacility Classic

This guide will show you how to set up your Membership Preferences.

Administration

Click on Administration.

**Trainer Tip: Use the left navigation sidebar to quickly access Membership settings. 

Memberships

Locate the Memberships section and select Membership Preferences.

Membership Preferences
  • Requires remark for Membership Freeze, Suspend, Cancel: When checked, this requires all users to enter a remark for the selected option. Unchecked makes the remark field optional.
  • Allow membership numbers to be auto-generated:  With this preference enabled, a membership number will be auto-generated when a client is created and/or when a client buys a membership. ** Disable preference if you plan to assign specific membership numbers.
  • Don't show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation: Select if you do not want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.
  • Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it optional: Select if you want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership, but you want to make it optional.
  • Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it required: Select if you want to require a credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.

Click on Save Changes after selecting your preference.
