Administration
Click on Administration.

Setting up Membership Preferences

- Requires remark for Membership Freeze, Suspend, Cancel: When checked, this requires all users to enter a remark for the selected option. Unchecked makes the remark field optional.
- Allow membership numbers to be auto-generated: With this preference enabled, a membership number will be auto-generated when a client is created and/or when a client buys a membership. ** Disable preference if you plan to assign specific membership numbers.
- Don't show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation: Select if you do not want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.
- Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it optional: Select if you want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership, but you want to make it optional.
- Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it required: Select if you want to require a credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.
Click on Save Changes after selecting your preference.
