This guide will show how Account administrators can create unique Calendars for each of their Trainers which will appear on the Schedule page.
Having schedules for each of your trainers allows you to organize each individual's schedule their own way. You can also use EZFacility to track a trainer's payroll earned for their booked classes. Because trainers are automatically considered salespeople, you can also calculate their commissions on their membership or package sales.

If they are paid Per Attendee:
-Session Commission will pay the trainer this percentage of the value of the client's package used to book in the class
- Hourly / 45 Min / 30 Min Session Rate will give the trainer a dollar amount, per attended client, prorated for the length of their class.
- Comp Session Rate will pay the trainer a flat hourly rate per Comp package in a session
If they are paid Per Session:
- The Hourly / 45 Min / 30 Min Session Rate will give the trainer a flat rate per Session, prorated for the length of their class
- Comp Session Rate will pay the trainer a flat hourly rate per Comp package in a session
- Session Commission does nothing
b. Program Instruction, Non-Training Time (Scheduled sessions without any attendees), and Floor Rate are all flat rates regardless of attendees.
