Added the ability to create recurring pre-defined items

Pre-Defined Items now has a new look and feel as well as a major enhancement that allows you to create recurring pre-defined items.

For example, you can create a pre-defined item for a maintenance fee that renews once a year at a specified fee.

Additional Changes:

  • Program Fees now has its own page
  • A new set of user permissions have been created for pre-defined items
  • A new sub-tab was added to the Billing tab in the client's profile
    • The name of the sub-tab is "Generic Items"
  • Generic Items are any item that is not a package, membership, rental, group registration, or POS product.
    • E.G. Maintenance Fee
  • The existing items tab will continue to display all billed items
