Billing Administration

Navigate to the Billing Administration section and select Billing Preferences.

Credit Card Decline Notifications

  • Enable Notifications - enabling will send an automatic email notification to a declined client's email address on file.
  • Include Auto-Pay Declines - enabling will send an email notification to those clients whose credit cards were declined for Auto-Pay transactions.
  • Customize the Automatic Email:
    • Using the WYSIWYG editor-- customize the message to be automatically sent to a client upon a credit card decline.
    • Tip: Personalize the email by using the available tokens listed here ({CardType}, {LastFourDigits}, {SelfServiceURL}, {LocationName}, {LocationAddress}).
