This guide will show you how to manually add a new client profile to the system.

On the side menu select Clients.

You will be taken to the Clients area.

*** This area defaults to the 20 most Recently accessed profiles you can filter this area by clicking on the filter toggle or typing in a client name.

*** To see more than 20 clients scroll to the bottom of the page and change the current number view in the drop down box.

Adding a new client

To add a new client click on the Add Client box in the top right-hand of your page.

A side panel will open and areas that have to be filled in before adding the clients profile will show the text in Bold with an *

*** First and Last names will always be required but you can turn on other areas that are required in the Contact preferences area by going to Administration then Client Settings

If you are adding an Email address to the Clients Profile, type in the email address into the box then click on the plus icon button. Once the profile has been saved an email will be sent to your client to verify their email address.

When you have filled in all the areas of information that are needed, Scroll to the bottom of the side panel and click on Add Client.

You will then be taken back to the Client area and your Clients name will be near the top of the Recently Accessed list. To access their profile click on either their First or Last name.
