Setting Up Membership Preferences in EZFacility Classic

This guide will show you how to set up your Membership Preferences.

Administration

Click on Administration.

Memberships

Locate the Memberships section and select Membership Preferences.

Setting up Membership Preferences

  • Requires remark for Membership Freeze, Suspend, Cancel: When checked, this requires all users to enter a remark for the selected option. Unchecked makes the remark field optional.
  • Allow membership numbers to be auto-generated:  With this preference enabled, a membership number will be auto-generated when a client is created and/or when a client buys a membership. *** Disable preference if you plan to assign specific membership numbers.
  • Don't show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation: Select if you do not want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.
  • Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it optional: Select if you want to enter credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership, but you want to make it optional.
  • Show the Credit Card/Direct Debit Section during membership creation but make it required: Select if you want to require a credit card or direct debit details when selling a membership contract.

Click on Save Changes after selecting your preference.
