Unlocking the Power of EZFacility’s New UI: Your Guide to a Smooth Transition

Calling all EZFacility Classic Users! In this webinar, we’ll tackle everything you need to know to comfortably transition from EZFacility Classic to the new UI. A Q&A was offered during this webinar. Please see below the video for the questions that were asked and answered.

  1. Is there a plan for a text campaign similar to email campaign?
    A: Yes! There is a plan for a text campaign. There is currently no date on when this will be implemented.
  2. Is there a way to change coloring like the classic?
    A: Not at this time. This request has been passed on to development.
  3. When I log in, classic version comes up, can I change that?
    A: Yes! If New UI is turned on you can change your default version by following this guide: "How to Choose your EZFacility Default Platform on the New EZFacility Experience"
  4. I would like more information on the Advanced Email Campaigns before making the switch who do I contact?
    A: Please contact AM@ezfacility.com if you are a US Client or ljones@ezfacility.co.uk if you are a UK Client.
  5. Can you still require different fields to create a client profile?
    A: Yes! You still have access to Contact Preferences. Please see "How to Set Up Contact Preferences"
  6. Can we upload documents to a clients profile, similar to the waivers they sign?
    A: Please see "How to Upload a Document to a Client Profile"
  7. Will my existing email templates be transferred over to the new version?
    A: When you switch from Classic to the New UI your email templates will be available. If you choose to use the Advanced Email Campaigns, your templates will not be available.
  8. In the membership details, in classic, there is a notes section. Does that exist in the new version?
    A: This section has been removed in the New UI.
  9. Is there a way to delete old clients or duplicates? In a bulk removal way.
    A: No. Clients cannot be deleted in bulk or merged in bulk on the admin side. If this is something you would like please email support@ezfacility.com for US Clients and support@ezfacility.co.uk for UK Clients.
  10. Is there anyway notes can be added to clients' records?
    A: On the client profile, in the profile tab, scroll down to additional information. There is a section that is labeled as "Comments" and "Medical Conditions". This is where you can add notes to a client's profile.
  11. If I switch over to the New UI, will all of my scheduling that has already been entered move over to the New UI?
    A: Yes your scheduled sessions will be present on the New UI.
  12. Has anything changed when it comes to the scheduling portion of things?
    A: The schedule functions the same between both versions.
  13. Has anything changed with billing?
    A: Billing is the same between both versions.
  14. Does merge duplicates work the same?
    A: Yes merging duplicates is the same. Please see "How to Merge Client Profiles" to learn how to merge profiles.
  15. Does everyone in my organization have to switch to the New UI or can just a few make the switch?
    A: Not everyone has to make the switch at the same time.
