This guide will show you how your clients can use the self check-in station. The self check-in can be opened on a tablet or ipad.

The check-in window can be used to automatically mark your customers as attended if they checked in between three hours before the scheduled session and five hours after. Also, this will let the client know if they need to see a staff member for an inactive membership or a balance owed.

Self Check-in

Click Check-In.

Click Self Check-in.

A new window will open with the check-in station. Your client will type in their name or member ID number and click submit.

If the client has an active membership and no balance owed they will see this screen.

If a client owes a balance they will see this screen.

If a client's membership is frozen or suspended they will see this screen.
