This guide will show you how to find Invoices on your Clients Profile and view them.
*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.
Go to Clients.

Find the Client profile by either using the search bar or locating them in the client list. You can also use the toggle to change the filter for your client list.
Once in the Profile select the Billing tab
Then go to Invoices

Once in the invoice error you will be able to view any invoice that is current to be paid, to view all other invoices change the Show drop-down
***Invoices that have been paid for will show as crossed through.

When you have located your invoice click on the Pencil Icon

1 - Edit the Invoice Date
2 - Edit the Payments Due - Create a Payment schedule for this Invoice
3 - Change the Bill to - this will default to the client the Membership was sold to, However you can also move the invoice to another client.
4 - Edit the Item - Edit the invoice number, Add a discount, Change the revenue date, Add or Change the Revenue Category, Add or Remove Taxes and Add additional and Internal Remarks
5 - Add Comments
6 - View the Payment Receipt
7 - View the Invoice History - See the steps that were taken when selling the item and if any changes have been made.
Additional options on an Invoice
Print a Receipt
Download a PDF -
Email a copy of the Invoice to the client ***Client must have an Email address saved on their Profile.
