My trainer is not receiving reminders for clients that are booked into sessions on the schedule, why is that?

If the trainer is not receiving any session reminders it probably means the trainer was not mapped to a resource in their User Administration set-up. This can be edited by selecting "Administration” in the top nav bar, followed by User Administration on the next page.

Once inside the “User Administration” section choose the trainer that is not getting the session reminders and use the pencil icon to begin making edits.

Once editing the Trainer-- navigate to “This User Is: “located at the bottom left of the screen-- be sure to update this field to match the resource on the schedule.

Once the correct user has been selected a "Send Email Notification For:" option will appear.

Check-off the option labeled “Attendance Status Changes” then hit “Update” and the system will begin to send email notifications for this trainer's sessions.
