Managing the MM+ Feedback Option

Having the Feedback Module enabled allows users within the MemberMe+ Mobile App. to leave any questions and concerns for your facility. Should you not see the Feedback Tab in your MemberMe+ Management Console, please contact the EZFacility Support Team.

Designating the Alert Email

1. Select the Feedback tab on the MemberMe+ Management Console Toolbar.

2. The email entered in this text field will be notified whenever Feedback has been submitted by a user.

3. Save to all branches - this option will allow the same email address to be notified should your account contain more than one MemberMe+ location.
