Updating MemberMe+ Mobile App. Contact Us Information

This article will discuss how to update the Contact Information within the MemberMe+ Management Console.

1. Begin by selecting the Contact Us tab on the MemberMe+ Management Console toolbar.

2. Update all pertinent General Information. All social media information will be displayed in their respective tile on the apps homescreen. **Should you not see a Facebook, Twitter, or Youtube tile on your homescreen and you would like to--please contact the EZFacility Support Team.

Adding Phone Numbers

Select Add New Number

1. Enter the Department of the New Phone Number.

2. Enter the Phone Number.

3. Enter any Extensions.

4.Save Changes when completed.
