Today, the average customer is more educated and informed than any other point in human history. The role of the client is being transformed from that of a simple consumer, to one of an active participant. Customers are no longer content with just receiving a customer experience, they want to feel empowered, valued, and have a meaningful hand in their own journey. As the client role continues to evolve, businesses must in turn adapt. To provide the tools needed to enhance the client experience, we here at EZFacility have begun work on updating our Self-Service platform.
