Malicious Code Detected when sending an email blast

The "Potentially Malicious HTML" error is typically caused when the body of an email blast is composed with Microsoft Word and the "Copy as Word" icon is not used, or if a web browser other than Internet Explorer is used.

While we try our best to convert data from outside sources and support multiple platforms, the application was designed for users to write and format their message within an Internet Explorer session. Other browsers or applications may introduce code that our system will detect and flag as "Malicious" when used.

For best results with browsers other than Internet Explorer, create your email directly in our email editor and avoid copying and pasting data from an external editor like Microsoft Word
